WELCOME TO OUR FAMILY
Cornwell property developments started off where all good ideas do... at the local pub!
Our son in law and his father (Owner of Griffiths Construction Ltd - Our trusty partners,) knew a local farmer looking for an investor to transform his derelict barn for which he no longer had a purpose. We knew the area well and after seeing the potential in the beautiful remaining brickwork and surrounding countryside views, we took a leap of faith and started on our very first project. We've since retired from our full time 'real world' job roles to follow our passions and fully focus on creating the highest quality Cheshire barn conversions.
